A wave

                                                                             Ocean wave

Wow, I really miss New Zealand for it's beauty of ocean...
This ocean wave reminds me of the time I spent during my work in NZ. I made this painting from the book of Mr.Terry Harrison's Painting water in watercolor.  I enjoyed so much painting this, and I can surely see that there is lots and lots of room for improvement, but hey you got to start somewhere, right?. I assure, it will get better and better :).

Brushes, house and reflection.

Hi everyone,

Yup, now it's more then a month that I have posted any new painting, so I'll be sharing four of my paintings today...

Thanks to Paul Laseau's book, after which I painted them.

A jug, paint brushes and shells...

and....
                                                                           A house :)

And here are two more...
                                                                  Reflecting sticks in river

And I just love this one...
                                                                     Mountain with sea
I would like to thank Mr.Terry Harrison's Painting water in watercolor book, after which I made this painting looking awesome ;)

Door and window

Hi Folks,
Welcome to my blog, as this is a painting of a close door, don't seriously take it that way, it's open for all of you ;)
This painting is again an output of a practice session from a book by 'Paul Laseau' . Love the way it came out especially the shadow part.

And the painting below is of a window, I painted from a picture which I searched in Google, I like the way how wood texture has come out in it and also the look of an old wall.

Good day

Flowers and butterflies -_-

Hi folks,
Oh I love this painting of mine, I made this with the help of an awesome tutorial by Dennis Clark of Paint Basket TV. While painting I learned a lot about water coloring, how color interact with water, brush and paper, incredible process. This painting is on A4 size watercolor paper.

And here are the painted butterflies below with the technique of wet on wet, which I learned from Fiona peart :)

Good day

Watercolor Paintings :)

Well, how about sharing some of my watercolor paintings with you guys.

Blue Ridge Mountains

This painting was made back in 2013, inspired by a tutorial.
Love the medium of watercolor, what a wondrous way to communicate using colors...

Also, I made this flower, with watercolor pencil, thanks to the technology of watercolor pencil and watercolor pen brush, that I can draw without any hassle at my work place ;)

Made these paintings on 300gsm watercolor paper.

Hey everyone!

I have been really busy, as many things have changed for me. I'm in a new job and shifted to New Zealand. Its a a beautiful country with nice people around. So, after settling a bit in here, I'm back to my creations! Yay!!!

This time, I've made this February calendar. I made this few days back but didn't get time to share it, but, here it is... umm... and you know what... I'm using my new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 to make this blog post! Yeah, it was a gift from my husband on this Valentines day!! (HEART) and I just love it.

Hope you like my calendar! :)

3 Cute little cards

Hey Everyone,

Wish you all a very happy and creative new year :)

A short and simple message to all of you...
"Life is only an opportunity to grow, to be, to bloom. Life in itself is empty; unless you are creative you will not be able to fill it with fullfilment. You have a song in your heart to be sung and you have a dance to be danced."

~ Osho ~

So, this time I am posting here, my recent three cards.....
